- Description
- The Bureau of Reclamation, Columbia-Pacific Northwest Region, Yakima Field Office, Yakima, WA, has a requirement for a boom truck crane inspection and repair. The anticipated issue date for Request for Quote, 140R1724Q0007, (written) is approximately the third week of November 2023. The anticipated award date is the third week of December 2023. Reclamation intends to award one time and materials service contract. Prospective vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting an offer for this requirement. Note: The Government will transport the boom truck to and from the contractor�s facility up to a 250-mile radius. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 811310 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. The applicable Product Service Code is J039, Maint/repair/rebuild Of Equipment- Materials Handling Equipment. The small business size standard is 12.5M. These items will be purchased in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13, simplified acquisition procedures apply. This requirement will be a Total Small Business Set-aside. All eligible responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered. The Government will evaluate quotes based on factors listed in the solicitation.
