The Indian Health Service, SRSU, Northern Navajo Medical Center, located at US Hwy 491 North, Shiprock, New Mexico 87420 has an upcoming service requirement for the repair and replace of a 5� Copper Domestic Cold-Water Line for the Northern Navajo Medical Center, Facility Maintenance department. The anticipated period of performance is 60 days from the Date of Award. �The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 238220 � Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors with a small business size standard of $19M of dollars. The Request for Quotations No. IHS1482381 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by November 20, 2023.� Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the governments need outlined in the SOW, past performance, and pricing.
