The tentative start date is 29 November 2023 with a delivery date of 15 March 2024. Work is to be performed on the island of Oahu, HI. The solicitation number for this requirement is N32253-24-R-0002. Proposals will be due on 22 November 2023 at 0900 HST. Submissions are to be emailed to both the primary and secondary point of contacts listed in this posting.� This solicitation is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 15, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federeal Acquisitions Circular (FAC) 2023-05, DFARS (9/29/2023) and NMCARS 18-22. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336611 and the size standard for this NAICS code is 1,300 employees. The Product Service Code is J999 NON-NUCLEAR SHIP REPAIR (WEST). All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov by the award date. Questions: All questions regarding the contents of the RFP shall be submitted in writing via email to Christine Aledo at christine.d.aledo.civ@us.navy.mil and AmberBurgess at amber.m.burgess7.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 8 November 2023, 0900 HST.� References: Reference information associated with this requirement are available upon request only.
