- The purpose of Amendment 0009 is to remove the language added to Paragraph 3.3 of the Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 and to paragraph 2.4 of the Addendum to FAR 52.212-2 by the previous Amendment 0008. Additionally, the Government responses to relevant Question-and-Answer exchanges are being revised and incorporated into the Solicitation. The Updated Question and Answer document has been uploaded within Amendment 0009. Refer to the continuation page, along with the summary of changes, to this amendment for additional information/instructions.
