- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for child care services in support of the New Jersey Army National Guard Soldiers and their families for four (4) Yellow Ribbon events during three (3) days. Requirement includes ability to supervise and care for children of various ages during these events as outlined in the PWS.� The rooms themselves are provided, but are empty.� No food/eating supplies are needed.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.� This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).� This procurement is being solicited via Full and Open.� The NAICS code is 624410.� Basis for award is Price.� Past Performance will be evaluated although will be a less significant evaluation factor than Price. The government intends to issue a single award but may issue multiple awards from this solicitation if it is determined to be in the best interest of the government.� Award may be made without discussions. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation: CLIN 0001: 44th HQS & 104th BEB: December 02, 2023 - JT2DC (Building 3601) 3601 Technology Drive, Fort Dix, NJ 08640 (35 children) CLIN 0002:�102nd CAV: December 02, 2023 - Hilton Parsippany, 1 Hilton Ct, Parsippany-Troy hills, NJ 07054 (50 children) CLIN 0003: 250th BSB: December 03, 2023 - Bordentown Armory, 1048 US-206, Bordentown, NJ 08505 (15 children) CLIN 0004: 112th FA: December 09, 2023 - Timmerman Theater, 5441 8th St, Fort Dix, NJ 08054 (60 children) To be quoted as Unit Price and Total Dollar Amount. NG Agency Protest Program is intended to encourage interested parties to seek resolution of their concerns with the National Guard (NG) as an Alternative Dispute Resolution forum, rather than filing a protest with the Government Accountability Office (GAO) or other external forum. National Guard Protest Procedures, 7 October 2021 Contract award or performance is suspended during the protest to the same extent, and within the same time periods as if filed at the GAO. The NG protest decision goal is to resolve protests within 35 calendar days from filing. An agency protest may be filed with either the Contracting Officer or the NG Agency�s Protest Decision Authority, but not both, in accordance with NG protest procedures. To be timely, the protests must be filed with the periods specified in FAR 33.103.
