Description

Amendment 0003 is published to provide additional answers to the RFP; additional answers are provided on Attachment 9 Continuation.� PLEASE SEE MSE PROPOSAL AND ALL ATTACHMENTS AND EXHIBITS The Contractor shall provide non-personal services for Military Skills Enhancement�(MSE) instruction as outlined in this PWS. The Government will not exercise any supervision, direction or control�over the Contractor performing the services on the contract. The Contractor employees shall be accountable solely to�the Contractor. This requirement is informally known as the Troop School. The mission of the Troop School is to�deliver quality educational programs and services that enhance personal growth, professional development, and�readiness for Soldiers, Department of the Army (DA) civilians, and Contractor personnel.
