Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office, Grand Prairie, Texas, intends to solicit for the provision of Vocational Training Program:� Commercial Drivers License Class A services for the federal offenders incarcerated at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Seagoville located in Seagoville, Texas.� The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The contract period shall consist of a base period from date of award through 12 months, four one-year options for renewal at the discretion of the government. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code is 611310, with a small business size standard of $34.5 million.� This solicitation is unrestricted. The estimated quantities for the base year and each option year are 1250 sessions per year.� A session is defined as an hour. The successful contractor shall provide employees with all the required experience and education in both fields with valid certifications.� The solicitation will be made available on or about November 17, 2024, and will be distributed solely through the Federal Business Opportunities website at www.sam.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation and amendments, will be distributed solely through this website. The site provides downloading instructions.� Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.� All Contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the System for Management Award (SAM) database.
