- Project Title: Repair Industrial Waste Treatment System, TAC Complex, Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. This solicitation and resulting contract are utilizing a Two-Step Sealed Bidding procurement method as described in FAR Part 14.5. This solicitation is the Step-One which is a request for technical proposals only. Bid Bonds are not required to be submitted with the Step-One technical proposal. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of construction is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00The NAICS Code for this project is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, Size Standard $45.0 Million. See attachment for full details of this Step-One IFB. This posting is related to the Pre-solicitation Notice under the same number W912BV23B0004. The Government POC for this solicitation is Ryan Kelly, Ryan.J.Kelly@usace.army.mil. Amendment 0003 is issued to the Step 1 offerors determined to be acceptable in accordance with Section 00 22 00. Amendment 0004 is issued to replace the CLIN Schedule and issue Final Plan Set. Amendment 0006 is issued to extend the bid date, replace the bid schedule, and update specifications and drawings.
