- This solicitation is for the supply and delivery of propane at two-week intervals to maintain 80% fill on two (2) 1000-gallon Government owned propane tanks during the six-month heating season (November 1st ? April 1st) at the Louisville Repair Station, Louisville KY. It is the intent of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntington District to issue the Award for this Requirement to the Lowest Priced Offeror who meets the Specifications within the Solicitation, the Statement of Work, and any future Amendments.
