- Sources Sought Notice Page 4 of 4 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8) is issuing this synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to upgrade the controls on the Operating Room chiller. The automation of the chiller controls is necessary to ensure no interruption of medical service to veterans. The chiller is located at the Viera VA Medical Clinic located at 2900 Veterans Way, Viera FL 32940. Reference the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for specific tasks and deliverables.. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. The contractor shall have the technology and expertise to efficiently and effectively satisfy the requirement in its entirety. If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these contract services, please provide the following information: Organization name, address, telephone number, point of contact & email. SAM Unique Entity Identification (UEI) number. Federal Supply Schedule #, if applicable. Business size for NAICS: 811310 (SDVOSB, VOSB, WOSB, SB, Other, etc..). Web site address (if applicable). Narrative that describes capabilities. Any certification(s) for consideration. The results of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 811310 with a small business size standard is $12,500,000.00. The government will evaluate market information to ascertain potential market capacity to provide products or services consistent in scope and scale with those described in this notice and otherwise anticipated. BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/MARKET RESEARCH, THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES, SOLE SOURCED, OR PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions.
