- Project title: BB - REPLACE AIR HANDLING UNIT ED-203 Project Number: 673-21-151. Project Location: JAMES A. HALEY VAMC BLDG 13000 Bruce B. Downs, Tampa, Florida 33612 Contract Specialist: David Hernandez Magnitude of Construction: $1M and 2M. NAICS code of 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors with a size standard of $19M. Service Code: Y1DA Construction of Hospital and Infirmaries. The James A. Haley Veterans Hospital (JAHVH) has an immediate requirement to replace Air handling Unit ED-. Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for Replace Air Handling Unit ED-203 at the James A. Haley VA Hospital, located at 13000 Bruce B. Downs Boulevard, Tampa, Florida as required by the drawings and specifications included in this acquisition package. (See Attached SOW and documents).
