Solicitation No.75H70724Q00012 is hereby issued by Indian Health Services (IHS), Albuquerque Area Office, has a requirement for one (1) heavy equipment, Skid Steer with attachments for Zuni Comprehensive Community Health Center located in Zuni, New Mexico. This solicitation is set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) pursuant to the Buy Indian Act 25 U.S.C 47 as the first (1st) tier. If IHS, does not receive at least two or more offers that are reasonably priced offers from ISBEEs, IHS will then evaluate quotes and consider award to other small business concerns under the following cascading set-aside. 2nd Tier- Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business 3rd Tier- Certified HubZone Small Business 4th Tier- Small Disadvantage Business 5th Tier- All Other Small Business Concerns The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-01.
