Description
This notice is prepared in accordance with (IAW) FAR 5.207 and is not a request for quote (RFQ). RFQ number 70Z03824QH0000006 is assigned for tracking purposes only. This is a notice of the Government�s intent to award one (1) purchase order on a sole source basis to GE Aviation under Basic Ordering Agreement SPE4A1-19-G-0016 for repair of the items and quantities specified in the table below. The North American Classification System Code (NAICS) is 488190 with a small business standard size of $35M. The USCG desires early deliveries therefore early shipments are encouraged at no additional cost to the Government. FOB point is Destination unless otherwise stated. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all responsible sources may submit a proposal to Janah.N.Hassell2@uscg.mil and D05-SMB-LRS-Procurment@uscg.mil with 70Z03824QH0000006 in the subject line which will be considered by the agency if received no later than 11:00am on 29 November 2023. Set Aside:� Pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements, under the authority of the Competition in Contracting Act (CICA), 41 U.S.C 2304(d)(1)(B). The Contracting Officer has determined that there is not a reasonable expectation of obtaining offers from two or more responsible small business concerns; therefore the small business set-aside is dissolved. This requirement is unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation which will be considered by the agency. Interested parties are advised that the minimum qualifying standard for technical acceptability is the possession of an OEM license to perform the work.
