General Description: The primary objective of this procurement is to correct mechanical deficiencies identified in one or more of the Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) surveys conducted previously on behalf of the VA Facility Management Services at the Lake City Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) located at 619 South Marion Avenue Lake City, Florida 32025.
