Description

The Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency, Region 06 Louisiana Integration and Recovery Office requires waste disposal services to support business operations at its main location, 1500 Main Street, Baton Rouge, LA 70802. �The selected Contractor will be required to provide all personnel, supervision, labor, equipment, transportation as well as any other services required to successfully perform the task(s) and/or services detailed in this RFQ.� The Contractor will be responsible for management of its staff, subcontractors and all personnel issues related thereto.� The Government intends to issue a firm-fixed unit price purchase order to fulfill this requirement in accordance with FAR part 12 and 13.� This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business local area concerns in accordance with FAR 52.226-4, Notice of Disaster or Emergency Area Set-Aside. Quotations are solicited only from businesses residing or primarily doing business within the designated areas for Louisiana Hurricane Delta (DR-4570-LA), https://www.fema.gov/disaster/4570/designated-areas.� The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 562112 and includes a small business size standard of $41.5 million. All questions and/or request for clarification must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer, Tisha L. London, via email,�Tisha.London@fema.dhs.gov, no later than 2:00 PM CST, Monday, November 20, 2023 in order to receive a response.�� An amendment including responses to questions and/or request for clarification submitted by potential Quoters will be prepared and posted to SAM.gov no later than Wednesday, November 22, 2023. The Government shall not be responsible for nor bound by any oral instructions, interpretations, and/or explanations.�
