Description

PLEASE DO NOT SEND EMAILS OF INTEREST OR INTRODUCTIONS.� IT IS ADVISED THAT ALL INTERESTED FIRMS REGISTER WITH SAM.GOV AND FOLLOW THIS ANNOUNCEMENT FOR UPDATES. The U.S. Army Geospatial Center (AGC) has a non-commercial requirement to procure technical services to assist in coordination, integration and synchronization of geospatial information requirements and standards across the Army; develop geospatial enterprise enabled systems to the Army and the Department of Defense (DoD); and provide direct geospatial support to the Warfighter. The Contractor shall furnish the required labor, general management, quality management, administration, travel, supervision, quality control, supplies, materials, equipment (not otherwise furnished as Government Furnished Property), and transportation to deliver services and any associated deliverables within schedule and in accordance with contract terms and conditions, reference documents, specific contract and task order requirements, and contract clauses. The Government anticipates awarding Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract with multiple awardees, with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Cost-Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) provisions based on a best value tradeoff basis using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation procedures.� The anticipated contract Period of Performance will be a five-year ordering period. The Government intends to solicit based on full and open competition under the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 541715 � R&D in the Physical, Engineering, and Life Sciences (except Nanotechnology and Biotechnology) and the corresponding size standard is 1,000 employees. The Government plans to utilize reserves for small businesses at the task order level in accordance with FAR 19.504(c) based upon a small business reserve at the IDIQ level in accordance with FAR 19.501(a)(2).� A final solicitation will be made available for download in December of 2023 (subject to change). Please review the attached Draft solicitation. Hard copies of this solicitation will not be provided. It is the Contractor�s responsibility to check the websites periodically for any updates to this notice. All interested contractors should register at the website at https://sam.gov/content/home. Firms shall ensure that they are registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), https://sam.gov/content/home, prior to submission of proposals. All vendors doing business with the Government are required to be registered with the SAM. NO award shall be made unless the vendor is registered in SAM. The information being provided does NOT constitute a Request for Proposal, or a commitment by the Government neither to award a contract, nor to pay for any costs responding to this notice and/or to the RFP. Contact regarding the requirements set forth in this pre-solicitation notice shall only occur with the Contracting Office. Discussions or information obtained via other sources could make you ineligible for award if deemed a Conflict of Interest or a Violation of the Procurement Integrity Act. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose.
