Description

AMENDMENT 0001: The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to provide Questions and Answers submitted in response to this solicitation. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being issued to establish a Hybrid Firm-Fixed Price (FFP)/Time and Materials (T&M) contract for Preventative and Corrective Maintenance Support Services for DLA Distribution Norfolk, VA (DDNV). The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, test equipment, materials, transportation, transportation permits and supervision necessary to perform Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) (unscheduled) support services on gates, controllers, motorized traffic barriers, hydraulic arm and fences, and all repair and/or replacement parts necessary to keep equipment in good operating. The services shall be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) (Attachment 1), Equipment List (Attachment 2), and Maintenance Task List (Attachment 3).
