- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, USP Canaan, Waymart, PA anticipates issuance of a solicitation for the the cleaning and preventative maintenance on (19) medium voltage switchgears.� The successful contractor shall supply all labor, equipment, tools and materials to complete the project per the attached Statement of Work (SOW).� This project is set aside small business and will be a best value award. �Evaluation factors are price, past performance, lead time, and technical with lead time being the most important.� The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is�November 22nd, 2023 at 10:00am.� Any contractor interested in obtaining a contract award with the Federal Bureau of Prisons must be registered and active on the System for Award Management website at www.sam.gov at time of bid closing.� Faith Based and Community Based Organizations can submit quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.� Quotes shall be emailed to George Bodine @ gbodine@bop.gov, ph:845-386-6771.� If interested in visiting the site prior to closing email both George Bodine @ gbodine@bop.gov and the COR Brian Filbert @ bfilbert@bop.gov.�
