Landscape Maintenance Services, Sacred Oaks Healing Center, Davis, California and Desert Sage Youth Wellness Center, Hemet, California ???????Indian Health Service, California Area Office, Mission Statement. The overall mission of the Indian Health Service (IHS) is to raise the physical, mental, social and spiritual health of American Indians and Alaska natives (AI/AN) to the highest level. ???????Requirement. IHS, California Area Office has two upcoming requirements for landscape maintenance services at the Sacred Oaks Healing Center, Davis, California and the Desert Sage Youth Wellness Center, Hemet, California. The landscaping maintenance contract is to complete needed to maintain landscaping and grounds-keeping tasks ensuring a healing and therapeutic outdoor environment for staff, patients, and visitors. The level of effort includes commercial reports and notices as well as bi-weekly and seasonal landscaping at each of the facilities. Sacred Oaks Healing Center approximately 12-acres in size and is located Davis, California. See attached for overview of the facility, landscaping as-builts, and photographs. Desert Sage Youth Wellness Center�is approximately 17-acres and is located in Hemet, California. See attached for overview of the facility, landscaping as-builts, and photographs. Market Research. IHS, CAO will utilize responses to determine set-aside potential and competition requirements to methods of procurement, i.e., Request for Proposals (RFP), Request for Quotations (RFQ), Invitation for Bids (IFB). Any competition requirements and subsequent contract types which may include Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Requirement contracts, and/or standalone contracts for a specific services or items. All acquisitions will be solicited and awarded utilizing Federal Acquisition Regulations, DHHS and IHS policies, regulations, and best practices. ???????Industry Related Information. North American Industry Classification System. 561730, Landscaping Services. The small business size standard for this NAICS is $9.5M. Product Service Code. S208. Landscaping/Grounds Keeping ???????Site Visit. There will be no organized site visit for this notice. The information gained will be used to determine potential set-asides. However, the Government has attached an overview of the facility for your use. � ???????Period of Performance. Potentially, the Government is interested in soliciting and awarding a base contract with four, one-year option periods. Potential Set-Asides. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and qualifications of small business entities. All small businesses types are encouraged to respond to this notice, they include: Small Business; Small Disadvantaged Business; 8(a); HUBZone; Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned; Veteran-Owned; Women-Owned Businesses; and Native American Owned Business.
