- RLP Procurement Summary��� ���� U.S. GOVERNMENT The Veteran�s Administration (VA) seeks to lease the following space: State:��� Utah City:������ Moab and Spanish Valley Delineated Area:������������� A 2-mile-wide corridor centered on State Highway 191, being bounded at: 1)����������� the North by the intersection of Highway 191 and State Highway 279 (the northern portion of Moab), and 2)����������� in the South by the intersection of State Highway 191 and State Highway 175 (in the southern portion of Spanish Valley). Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):������������ 2565 Maximum Sq. Ft.
