?.## STATEMENT OF WORK Statement of Work Project # 542-22-133 IV Cleanroom Replacement in Building 2 This project constructs a new IV Cleanroom in Building 2, on the second floor to replace the existing cleanroom in accordance with the drawings and specifications.  The new IV Cleanroom envelope will be of modular construction based upon Portafab company as name brand or equal to Series 300.  The construction includes the installation of a new air handling unit in the attic mechanical room together with the provision of a new louver in the attic.  The project also includes all associated plumbing, fire protection, lighting and electrical, all controls, slab penetrations and modifications, and demolition.  The work includes all labor, equipment, and materials. Contractor shall be required to provide the Brand Name or Equal products which must be compatible with existing systems throughout the Coatesville VAMC. All name brand products mentioned in this SOW are used as a basis of design, for fair bidding. They may be replaced with other products upon submittal approval. The following list of brand name or equal to items would be used as a basis for design in the construction of this project: Portafab Series 300 Krueger 5100HF CS-1 and CS-1a Bell & Gossett Model e614 CS-2 Bell & Gossett Model e613. Spirax Sarco Model CSG-HSEF020-PNP3C1-1F2F-AET-3SPLN17-AESL, Capacity 50 lbs./hr., 15 psig Greenheck Model BSQ-90 Type A: CLEAR -VU LIGHTING #CLF14-S1-N-UV-HAL-LFSS304-CIA-IBBMS Type B: COLUMBIA LIGHTING # MDS-4-40-VW-F-W-E-U RING SS201 - CLEAN/PROCEDURE ROOM STATION RING AA918 DESK/WALL MASTER STATION RING RM5000EX INTERCOM CONTROL SYSTEM All work shall be performed in compliance with all Federal, State and Local laws and regulations. In addition, work will meet equipment s manufacturer specifications and generally accepted industry standards of good workmanship. All waste materials shall be disposed of by the contractor in compliance with Federal State and Local laws and regulations. Contractors will supply receipts for quantities of material removed for recycling accountability. No work may proceed by the contractor until all material cut sheets are submitted to the COR for approval. A site visit will be conducted with perspective offerors to visually assess existing conditions. Contractor will have 300 days after receipt of NTP to complete the project.
