- The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 21, intends to award a firm fixed price contract, for a base year plus four one-year option periods, for Hood and Biological Safety Cabinet Testing for the VA Northern California Healthcare System. A draft of the performance work statement is attached. If you believe that your company is capable and certified to perform these services in accordance with the performance work statement, please provide your information and answer the questions below by responding to durell.salaz@va.gov no later than December 4, 2023, by 1 p.m. PST. The applicable NAICS Code is 541380 and the size standard is $16.5 Million. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Estimated Period of Performance (POP): 02/01/2024 9/30/2023 plus four one-year option periods. If responding must answer the following questions when responding: What is your company s Socioeconomic Status?
