This announcement constitutes the only notice of intent to sole source and synopsis of proposed action. This notice is an intent to sole source for a conference event support services for VBA Human Capital Services (VBA HCS) USB Pact Act Off-Site Conference. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 721110 with a small business standard of $35M. VBA s HCS is seeking to purchase conference event support services for this event. This procurement is for Audio/Visual (A/V) and meeting room rental support services. Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items as required in providing non-personal services support for tasks as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor shall perform to the standards required by the PWS and those included in the resulting order. This action will be a single-award purchase order (PO) in the amount of $82,177.94. After award is made, the Justification and Approval will be posted on the Government Point of Entry, Contract Opportunities, in accordance with FAR Subpart 6.305.
