Description

The Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response, Division of Strategic National Stockpile (DSNS) awarded a brand name Firm Fixed Priced delivery order to Genentech USA, Inc., located at 1 DNA Way, South San Francisco, CA 94080-4918.�This delivery order was awarded under the authority of a Limited Source Justification pursuant to FAR 8.405-6(b), Item peculiar to one manufacturer � brand name product for Tamiflu oseltamivir. The delivery order was awarded to supplement the national strategic stockpile of influenza antivirals, specifically, 75mg strength and 30mg strength of brand name Tamiflu oseltamivir. Influenza, commonly known as the flu, is a highly contagious and severe infectious disease that poses a significant threat to public health.
