Amendment 2:�Update Solicitation to include Work Package SSP # HRMC-504-24 Errata 2 dated 24 October 2023. Proposal deadline extended, due 31 October 2023, 0900 HST. ****************************************************************************** Amendment 1: Update Solicitation to include FAR�52.204-27 as 14 August 2023, all the terms of the Solicitation remains the same. ************************************************************************** The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is issuing a request for proposal (RFP) to Northrop Grumman Corporation (NGC), in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, for a Firm Fixed-Price contract to perform repairs on SSTG No. 1 and No. 2 onboard a Virginia Class Submarine. In accordance with DFARS PGI 206.302-1, a sources sought notice (ID#�N32253-23-R-0004) was posted to the Government Point of Entry (GPE),�sam.gov, from 18 April 2023 � 24 April 2023 to determine whether other�sources could satisfy this requirement.�The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code�assigned to this procurement is 336611 and the Size Standard of 1,250�apply. Product Service Code is J020 Maintenance, Repair,�Rebuilding of�Equipment-Ship and Marine Equipment. Please note the following: *This solicitation is available upon request only. Please email both the primary and secondary point of contacts listed in this posting to obtain this solicitation.* The Offer must be submitted in accordance with the CLIN�structure and instructions established in the Solicitation. 52.204-24: Section (d)(1) and (d)(2) of this provision must be�filled out by the Offeror. 52.204-26: Section (c)(1) and (c)(2) of this provision must be filled�out by the Offeror. All Solicitation amendments must be acknowledged in offeror submission. All questions regarding the solicitation shall be submitted in�writing via email to the listed POCs. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 15, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisitions Circular (FAC) 2023-04, DFARS (last updated 06/09/2023) and NMCARS 18-22.
