- Moving Services for the Minneapolis Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC). This is a solicitation conducted using FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures). Solicitation number 36C26324Q0120 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). This procurement is a total VOSB set-aside. Prospective offerors must be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (https://www.sam.gov) ) and the Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) (Veteran Small Business Certification (sba.gov)) at time of offer to the Government. Quotes will only be accepted from responsible contractors. The NAICS code for the solicitation is 484210 with a size standard of $34 Million. A list of the contract line items, quantities, and units of measure are listed within the attached solicitation documentation. The VA anticipates one Firm Fixed Price award to provide these services to the Minneapolis VAMC, One Veterans Dr, Minneapolis, MN 55417. The base period of performance is 01/01/2024 to 12/31/2024 with four option years. Quotes are due to the Contracting Office by 12:00pm Central time on 11/29/2023. Quotes are required to be emailed to Alisha.Milander@va.gov prior to the solicitation closing date and time.
