- Questions and Answers uploaded on November 27, 2023. The South Carolina Army National Guard has a requirement for Audiology Support Services for a licensed Audiologist to perform the task listed in paragraph 5.0 of the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).� Offerors are highly advised to read the attached solicitation and PWS in their entirety to ensure they understand the terms and conditions of the proposed contract and to provide the mandatory documents required to be submitted with the quote in order to prevent� the quote from being deemed non-responsive.� In accordance with (IAW) FAR 16.202-2, this is a Firm Fixed Price contract. A firm-fixed-price contract provides for a price that is not subject to any adjustment on the basis of the contractor�s cost experience in performing the contract. This contract type places upon the contractor maximum risk and full responsibility for all costs and resulting profit or loss. It provides maximum incentive for the contractor to control costs and perform effectively and imposes a minimum administrative burden upon the contracting parties. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $100,000.00 and $150,000.00.�� The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible�offeror whose proposal conforming to the solicitation will represent the best value to the�Government, price and other factors considered. The Government intends to evaluate proposals IAW FAR Part 13-106-2 and award a contract without discussions with offerors.�Therefore, the offeror�s initial proposal should contain the offeror�s best terms from a�price and technical standpoint. However, the Government reserves the right to conduct�discussions if later determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary. The�Government may reject any or all proposals if such action is in the public interest; accept�other than the lowest priced proposal; and waive informalities and minor irregularities in�proposals received. The evaluation factors are described in FAR Provision 52.212-1 Addendum which is included in the solicitation.� Request for Information. All request for information shall be submitted no later than (NLT) 30 Nov 2023, 10:00a.m. (ET) by email to blake.s.cromer.civ@army.mil. All questions received will be consolidated and reposted to the solicitation as an attachment for all to view. Responses to questions will not be given after this date.�
