- Questions and Responses 1. What was the previous awarded Solicitation Number, Date awarded and awarded value? Previous award 36C24823P1105, Date and amount 04/11/2023 and $206,438.40 2. What is the amount of hours each month the previous contractor spent on site at Gainesville & Lake City VA and each CBOC location to provide the pest services to all areas outlined within the scope of service? Does the government have any service concerns? On average they were onsite in Gainesville 160Hrs. a month and Lake City 160Hrs. a month. They would inspect the other areas during that time frame. There have been no concerns with our past contractor. 3. How many after-hours service requests have there been in the past 12 months at Gainesville & Lake City VA and each CBOC? Approximately 15 request were made for weekends and after hours. 4. What are the regular service days for Gainesville & Lake City VA? See SOW page 3. 5. What is the number of bed bug service requests at Gainesville & Lake City VA and each CBOC site over the past 12 months? Between 35-50 for all the sites combined. 6. Can the government confirm that the CBOC locations have a monthly service frequency? Yes 7. Has any of the SOW changed from this Solicitation compared to that of the last awarded contract? Yes, If so, what changed or was added? On-site Technicians 8. Has the government issued any CURE or Notice of Correction for pest control services over the past 12 month at this location? No 9. Who is the current pest contractor? WAYNE HOLLIDAY AND TOMMY D. HOUK, JR., INC., DBA Pestmaster 10.
