- This RFQ is for Air Ambulance Services for the VA Pacific Island Healthcare System (VAPIHCS). Interested offerors shall review the RFQ and ensure that complete quotes are submitted timely. Quotes that are incomplete or late may be removed from consideration. The Government intends to award a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract. The contract is for five years with an option to extend services for 6 additional months. The resulting contract will have a maximum value of $7 Million. Amendment 0001 was issued on 11/27/2023. Please acknowledge receipt by following the instructions on Block 11 of page 1 of the amendment.
