- The Government Publishing Office, Facility Management business unit is seeking�services from a contractor that can remove and dispose of ten (10) Rooftop Air Handler Units. The government�anticipates awarding one (1) Firm-Fixed Price contract to the most advantageous responsible vendor as Lowest�Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision�required as cited in the statement of work at Government Publishing Office Laurel Warehouse/Distribution Center�The building address 8660 Cherry Lane, Laurel Maryland 20707. Contractor shall provide supervision, labor,�material, and equipment required to perform all work to remove and replace ten (10) Rooftop Air Handler Units�(air conditioning only) as described in this statement of work.
