- This is an Amendment to the solicitation W91QV1-24-R-0003-0001 to include questions and answers and to include pictures of propane tanks.� Solicitation is extended until 30 November 2023 at 4:00 PM. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items to provide Propane, Propane Delivery, and Propane Storage, as well ensure �as defined in this Statement of Work.except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. �
