- The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, intends to solicit and award for a brand name requires Harmonics Systems Content Replacement for the VA Orlando Healthcare System, Orlando, Fl. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 334310, with a related small business size standard of 1,000 employees. The proposed action is for Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) delivery order, Small Business set-aside. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-01, 11-14-2023. It is the responsibility of the offerors to review Contract Opportunities for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed or considered.
