Description

U.S. Army Contracting Command � Rock Island Arsenal has a requirement to procure ongoing refuse and recycle removal and disposal on the Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, IL. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to gauge interest among potential bidders and determine who is able and willing to compete on this upcoming requirement. The Contractor shall ensure all work accomplished in the performance of this PWS meets all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, and directives to include, but not limited to, the publications in Section 7, Related Documents. Remove and dispose of solid waste from Rock Island Arsenal in a timely, efficient, and environmentally conscious manner. Description of Scope of Work: This is a non-personal services contract to provide refuse and recycle removal and disposal on the Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island IL. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers. The Contractor shall perform to the standards specified in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary as defined in the attached PWS. Information should include previous recent and relevant project details providing services that are the same or similar to each of those listed above, the dollar amounts of those services, dates, and organizations that work was provided to, your business CAGE code, and your business size status. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Government. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in the response. The Government will not accept requests for meetings or briefings. No phone solicitations or email with regards to the status of the Request for Proposal (RFP) will be accepted prior to solicitation release.
