Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT - NOTICE OF INTENT TO EXERCISE LEASE RENEWAL OPTION The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Ashland, WI that will expire on 3/31/24.� The Lease includes an unevaluated renewal option for a 5-year firm term. The Government has a continuing need for this space and anticipates exercising the renewal option unless alternative space is economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure. General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Wisconsin City: Ashland Delineated Area: North: Lake Superior/Chequamegon Bay East: Holmes Rd. South: Pearce Rd. / HWY 13 / Hegstrom Rd. West: HWY 112/Sanborn Ave. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 24,585 SF consisting of: Approximately 31% office space Approximately 74% warehouse space Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 25,000 SF consisting of: Approximately 31% office space Approximately 74% warehouse space Space Type: Office/warehouse Parking Spaces (Total): 33 Parking Spaces (Surface): 33 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 33 Full Term: 5 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: n/a Additional Requirements: n/a Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.
