Description

The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to provide questions and answers.� The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to extend the due date until 30 November 2023, and to revise the Attachments. Please ensure that all quoters verify that not all accessories in SOW Paragraph 5.2 are available from the OEM.�� The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to extend the due date until 29 November 2023.� This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), United States Border Patrol Headquarters. This RFQ is for the procurement of All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs) for specialized units who patrol our Nation�s borders.The ATVs are being procured as Brand name (or equal) IAW the stated salient characteristics included in the Statement of Work (SOW). It is the intent of CBP to procure commercially available equipment. The NAICS code applicable to this acquisition is 336999 - All Other Transportation Equipment Manufacturing, which has a size standard of 1,000 employees. A single firm-fixed-price purchase order will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. See the attached SF1449, solicitation provisions, and attachments for all necessary information.
