Description

***THIS IS A BUY INDIAN SET ASIDE per Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C 47 and only offers from Buy Indian Small Businesses will be accepted. Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Pinon Health Center (PHC), Facility Maintenance needs a Contractor to provide CONSTRUCTION services to roof repairments needed. Pinon Health Center experienced high winds causing the EDPM membrane to detach from the main roofing structure leading to exterior roof damage. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and all other necessary items for a complete and useable product in full compliance with the Scope of Work, plans, drawings, and specifications as defined in the solicitation. To submit a quote, review the enclosed documents. This solicitation is considered CONSTRUCTION and is conducted as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Estimated Range: $65,000.00; Davis Bacon Wages Rates Apply � Attached; NAICS: 238160; Small Business Size Standard: $16.5M. The Contractor, at no additional expense to the Government, may coordinate with Point of Contact: Phillip Antonio, Maintenance Mechanic Supervisor, 928-725-9810 or Valancia Morris, Facility Services Assistant, 928-725-9811 to request a PRE-BID VISIT. **REFER TO ATTACHED SOLICITATION IHS1484606.
