- This is a solicitation notice for a non-commercial supply purchase being solicited on the basis of full and open competition. It is intended to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract as a result of this notice.� The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) has established a requirement for the production, assembly, testing, and delivery of Plastic Waste Processing Equipment (PWPE) for US Navy ships.� Offerors must be registered in the SAM.gov database to be considered for award. See https://.sam.gov/ for further information and instructions.� Due to file size constraints, Attachment 1 � Drawings of Record_PWPE (Inclusive is Attachments 1b through 1g) will solely be available upon written request. Requests for� Attachment 1 shall be made within five (5) days of solicitation issuance and will be released using DoD SAFE.
