- Sole Source Justification for CA-HOPPER MTN NWR-CA - Hopper Mountain - Bitter Creek National Wildlife Refuge needs to get Duracold walk-in Freezer repaired, this freezer supports the Condor Recovery Program and holds feed for the Condors that are currently being held and monitored. The freezer is not maintaining cold temperatures and some of the feed in the freezer was thawing out. This sole source award will support the urgent needed repairs for the Condor Program's freezer in order for feed to be saved.
