Description

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for registration and attendance of the�National Shooting Sports Foundation's (NSSF) 2024 SHOT SHOW from January 23 - January 26 in Las Vegas, NV. Proposed Contractor: National Shooting Sports Foundation Unique Entity ID:�EYFSZG13WKN8 CAGE:�5LX17 This announcement constitutes the only notification of the ATF�s intent to solicit on a sole source basis. A combined synopsis/solicitation will not be posted. All solicitation communication will occur directly with the proposed contractor. This acquisition is for a commercial item or service and is conducted under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13�Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 12�Acquisition of Commercial Items. It is NOT expected to exceed the simplified acquisition threshold. The notice of award and written sole source justification will be posted after award.
