- This is a special notice that the Government intends to issue a Request for Prototype Proposals (RPP) for the Prototype SPDRS under the DAI OTA, W56HZV-23-9-D001.�The Self-Support Portable Distributed Refueling System (SPDRS) is being requested by USMC Systems Command, Program Manager Engineer Systems (MCSC PMES) Fuel & Water Team. This Special Notice is for informational purposes only. A prototype project is not being solicited nor will one be awarded in response to this announcement. The purpose of this announcement is to provide industry advanced notification of the Government�s intent to release an RPP to the NAMC membership.
