Description

This action is for inspection, repair, and maintenance of Fire Suppression Systems at Testing Ranges. The testing ranges are located at Aberdeen Proving Grounds (APG), MD as a part of Aberdeen Test Center (ATC). Please see the Performance Work Statement (PWS) within the Solicitation document for more details. List of Attachments/Exhibits: Attachment 1 � Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) Attachment 2 � Question and Answer from the Site Visit on 19 October 2023 Solicitation Exhibit A � Fire Suppression Support Services Level-of-effort (LOE) This action will be evaluated using Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) in accordance with FAR 15.101-2 Lowest price technically acceptable source selection process. The evaluation factors are: Technical, Past Performance, and Cost/Price. More details can be seen in the solicitation Section L Instructions to Offerors and Section M Evaluation Factors for Award.�Please complete the level-of-effort (LOE) spread sheet attached with the solicitation to detail the costs. Please reach out if there are any questions. The deadline for questions to be asked is 14 December 2023 at 10:00 AM. The proposal submission deadline is no later than 21 December 2023 at 10:00 AM.
