General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:��California City:��Stockton, Tracy, Manteca Delineated Area: Stockton City Limits Tracy City Limits Manteca City Limits Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):��4,201 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):��5,000 Space Type:��Office, Warehouse, Flex Parking Spaces (Total):��12 Parking Spaces (Surface):��12 Parking Spaces (Reserved):��12 Full Term:��15 Years Firm Term:��10 Years Additional Requirements: Offered space can be on the top floor if there is no rooftop access. The building shall be more than 1,000 feet from residential areas, places of worship, schools, hospitals, prisons, abortion clinics, mental health clinics and/or day care facilities. 24-hour access to the building and secured parking is required. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain).
