- In accordance with FAR 5.301, this post award synopsis is to announce the Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee Completion Contract award that was made on 11/17/2023 to Battelle Memorial Institute, of Columbus, Ohio, under Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) BAA HR001123S0022, for the CARCOSA Program for novel cyber technologies for use by warfighters in the field during tactical operations. This BAA had a closing date for proposals of 20 April 2023 and awards issued against this BAA were executed using full and open competition pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 6.102(d)(2). The award was executed with incremental funding on CLINS 0001 in the amount of $1,150,000.00 but the total contract ceiling if all options are exercised will be $6,489,177.00. The award was issued by the Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic at 1 Innovation Drive, Hanahan, SC 29419 by Contracting Officer Jessie Rehwoldt.
