Description

Huntington Ingalls Incorporated, Pascagoula, Mississippi, is awarded a $25,781,609 cost-plus-award-fee contract for DDG 51 Class Follow Yard Support (FYS). � This contract includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $185,070,696. Work will be performed in Pascagoula, Mississippi (98%), and other locations (less than 1% each, and collectively totaling 2%) and is expected to be complete by December 2024.� Fiscal 2019 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funds in the amount of� $10,528,014 (43%); Fiscal 2020 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funds in the amount of� $7,332,901 (30%); Fiscal 2017 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funds in the amount of� $5,587,750 (23%); Fiscal 2018 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funds in the amount of $696,695 (3%); and Fiscal 2024 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $220,620 (1%) will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.� This contract was not competitively procured in accordance with 10 U.S.C 3204(a)(1) (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements).� The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, District of Columbia, is the contracting activity (N00024-24-C-2312). 01 December 2023: This notice has been updated to include the redacted class justification and approval (CJ&A) as an attachment, per FAR 6.305.
