- PROJECT LOCATION IS AS FOLLOWS: Remote at Contractor's Facility with possible travel to: UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc. 400 First St, NW Washington, DC 20534 and UNICOR Factory Location(s) Solicitation is issued as a one-year base contract, fixed-price definite delivery/definite quantity type contract. SUBCONTRACTING PLAN: Large Businesses submitting a proposal are required to submit their subcontracting plan as part of their proposal by the scheduled closing date and time. Failure to submit a subcontracting plan may result in the proposal being found technically unacceptable and may not be considered for further evaluation. SOLICITATION IS UNRESTRICTED. QUESTIONS PERTAINING TO THIS SOLICITATION WILL ONLY BE ADDRESSED IN WRITING VIA EMAIL TO: Brent.Ponder@usdoj.gov and Linda.Kerr@usdoj.gov . NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE. QUESTIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY 2:00 PM EST, Friday, November 17, 2023. For a list, description and total estimated quantities of all items, refer to Section B. UNICOR's desired delivery is 365 days or sooner after issuance of award. Vendors are required to provide their best delivery time for evaluation, and delivery schedule will be established at time of award. Vendors shall submit signed and dated offers via email only as follows: brent.ponder@usdoj.gov or linda.kerr@usdoj.gov.� It is the vendor�s responsibility to confirm receipt of offer.� The date and time for receipt of proposals is December 5, 2023 at 2:00 P.M EST.� Offer must indicate Solicitation No.FN1560-24. Solicitating for Evaluation, Design and implementation of a Shared Services Model for Financial Services across FPI's Six Business Groups.�
