- The work required under this specification provides for the install of an electric motor to open and close the door on the gate tower at Wister Lake Oklahoma. The contractor will need to replace any rollers or bearings that are worn or not working correctly. Contractor must provide electric motor, wire, and all hardware to convert the door to electric. The contractor will also adjust the walk-in door to be able to open and close correctly and securely.
