Description

This requirement is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract for NSN 5306-01-564-3378, BOLT,MACHINE. The requirement is being solicited as an Unrestricted procurement. This is a 1/C item with part number AS621-103 and approved source Avibank, Mfg., CAGE 84256. Contract period is for one (1) base year with option to extend term of contract for four (4) one-year periods.� Estimated annual demand quantity is 249/each per base year and each option year.� Surge requirement does not apply. This is a Navy Critical Safety Item.� Government First Article Testing requirement applies. Contractor Production Lot Testing requirement applies. Higher Level Quality requirement applies. �Required delivery is 380 days ARO.� FOB Origin; Inspection/Acceptance at Origin is required. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the Request for Proposal (RFP).� A copy of the solicitation will be made available via DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. �From the DIBBS Homepage, select Search RFPs.
