- ****************************UPDATE****************************** September 19, 2023 Dear Industry Partners, This is a courtesy update concerning the Network Cyber and Cloud Support Services (NCCS) for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Headquarters (HQ), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) Network Operations and Security Center (NOSC).� A copy of the latest DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) is attached to this notice for review and comments by interested parties. The Government appreciates all comments received to date and is now seeking any additional comments on the SOW including questions concerning any unclear or ambiguous requirements, as well as overall feedback on the draft SOW.
