- This is a SPECIAL SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT to announce that the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Regional Procurement Office (RPO) 8 C.W. Bill Young VA Medical Center, Bay Pines FL,33744 intends to issue a Sole Source for Spacelabs Qube Vital Signs Monitor. The new Spacelabs Qube Vital Signs Monitor Spacelabs Qube Monitor is a vital signs monitor device for use with Anesthesia machines (1 ea). This product will be used by Anesthesia in conjunction with anesthesia machines to monitor patients vital signs. Pulse, breathing, etc. is required to be monitored closely when patients are under general anesthesia to ensure vitals remain stable. The contractor will provide the brand name product based on the characteristics required. This solicitation will be a Sole Source SDVOSB requirement. An RFQ for solicitation 36C24824Q0288 will not be posted to the Contract Opportunities website prior to the award. Do not respond unless you can provide an authorized resell and distribution letter from the OEM as proof of capability.
