- This is a sources sought. No award will be issued from this notice. 1. �GENERAL:� This is a non-personal services contract under which the personnel rendering the services are not subject, either by the contract�s terms or by the manner of its administration, to the supervision and control usually prevailing in relationships between the Government and its employees. The United States (U.S.) Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the Contractor�s employees performing the tasks herein. Such contract employees shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn shall be responsible to the U.S. Government. 1.1 Description of Services/Introduction:� The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Gray Water Removal Services as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as Government furnished property (GFP) and Government furnished services (GFS). The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. 1.2 Background:� Gray Water Removal Services for the United States Army South (ARSOUTH, also referred as to herein as �the Government�) in support of TRADEWINDS Barbados 2024 (TW 24). 1.3 Objectives:� The Contractor shall provide gray water removal service daily of 3K for each location of Camp Paragon and BCGS Pelican between the hours of 0800 hrs to 1700 hrs as required in the PWS. 1.4 Scope: �The Contractor shall provide non-personal services for Gray Water Removal. The Contractor shall furnish all management supervision personnel, training, equipment, material, supplies, and any other equipment and personnel to accomplish the tasks of Gray Water Removal Services specified herein except as specified as Government furnished. Services shall be provided during the hours and days specified herein. 1.5 Period of Performance:� The period of performance shall be from 2-16 May 2024
